The Highway 1 stands in the focus of the same named tour - and is considered to be the route to California. As this it was also addressed in the song "California": "We've been on the run, driving in the sun, looking out for number one, California here we come, right back where we started from" is a song line of Phantom Planet. Better known should be the unofficial anthem of San Fancisco by Scott McKenzie: " If you're going to San Francisco, be sure to wear some flowers in your hair, if you're going to San Francisco, you're gonna meet some gentle people there." So it is obvious that the city is visited during the Highway 1 Route as well as a being a highlight on the Wild West Tour. Interesting is also the tour route itself, which leads you through "El Sur Grande" and offers gigantic mountains, lakes and desert areas.

Reuthers insider tips turn USA Tours into a unique experience

Other natural wonders await the participants in the Reuthers USA round trip to the National Parks. In the tour program are also some insider tips from Reuthers. This includes a visit to a dance hall in Flagstaff and a barbershop in Seligman.

Less well known than the famous Route 66, however, historically important is the route on which the Pony Express once crossed the USA. Reason enough for Reuthers to include the route from Los Angeles to Chicago in the travel brochure. Incidentally, there are also stars, in whose footsteps the participants of the USA round trip can follow along the Pony Express: Buffalo Bill was once a horseman for the Pony Express. The museum of the co-founder of show business can be visited in Cody.
