Teddy Herz delivers with the "Petticoat Twist" again 'Schlager Rock'n'Roll' at its Best

Just in time for the beginning of spring, German Schlager Singer and Entertainer Teddy Herz releases his new, now 15th single, "Petticoat Twist" on March 17, 2023.

The "Petticoat Twist" comes as a romantic and happy love story, with a rousing rhythm as well as the melodic chorus passages usual with Teddy Herz  including 'snotty cheeky' saxophone. Thus Teddy Herz remains true to his very own style, namely his 'Schlager Rock'n'Roll'.

Fascination and Passion

Teddy Herz: "I simply like the 'German Schlager of the 50s and 60s' and so I sing my own songs all in the style of this wonderful time. I am especially fascinated by the humanity and lifestyle of the 'economic miracle years' of that time. My desire, my passion has always been - as a person, with my songs and in the programs I present, to convey the spirit of optimism of that time and to bring about something positive in people - especially in this day and age."

Constantly growing audience

Live with his "Deutsche Schlager-Revue" as well as in radio and TV broadcasts, Entertainer Teddy Herz inspires a constantly growing audience of all generations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland - even worldwide. And a third album with the promising title "Go Teddy Go!" is already in the works.

Like all previous songs of Teddy Herz, the "Petticoat Twist" is published on the music label Reuthers Records, which specializes in German Schlager.
