    Upon tour registration and receipt of the payment information, a deposit of 10% of the total tour price per person (if tourprice is less EUR/USD/CAD/GBP 3000 or NZD/AUD 6000 or ZAR 30000 minimum deposit EUR/USD/CAD/GBP 300 or NZD/AUD 600 or ZAR 3000) is due immediately.

    I have read, understood and agree with the "Tours- and Rental Terms and Conditions" and the contents of the "Registration Form" of REUTHER-ENTERTAINMENTS GmbH + Co. KG, Division Reuthers Motorcycle Tours (Reuthers). I fully understand the danger associated with the operation of a motorcycle and that Reuthers will not accept liability for any accidents. The Tour participation is on my own risk. I understand that Reuthers nor their service providers or representatives can be held liable for any personal or property damage or interference due to Act of God or similar. I understand that Reuthers is not liable for any behaviour and its consequences of other tour participants and I agree to obey by the Traffic Rules and Regulations of any country the tour might be run. I shall endeavour not to inflict bodily harm to anybody or damage the environment or any equipment. I confirm to be of good health and believe that I meet the physical requirements to operate a motorcycle throughout the duration of the tour. I am in possession of a current motorcycle driver’s licence. I understand that its my responsibility to wear suitable clothing for protection from weather and injuries. By booking the tour and paying the deposit, the tour registration is binding. Any amendments or exceptions to the Tour and Rental Terms and Conditions or the terms contained in this registration form shall be agreed upon between the respective participants and Reuthers in writing signed by all parties concerned.
