Upon rental booking and receipt of the payment information, a deposit of 10% of the total rental price per motorcycle (if rental price is less EUR/USD/CAD/GBP 3000 or NZD/AUD 6000 or ZAR 30000 minimum deposit EUR/USD/CAD/GBP 300 or NZD/AUD 600 or ZAR 3000) is due immediately.

I have read, understood and agree with the "Rental Terms and Conditions" and the contents of the "Booking Form" of REUTHER-ENTERTAINMENTS GmbH + Co. KG, Division Reuthers Motorcycle Rentals (Reuthers). Upon receipt of the deposit, you will get a confirmation in writing by Reuthers. The remaining payment amount is due 60 days prior pick up to Reuthers. Upon take over of the rental motorcycle, a safety deposit is payable and a rental contract has to be signed. The deposit varies widely with rental stations and models but is quoted upon client request. The deposit is refunded upon return of the undamaged rental vehicle. I understand that Reuthers will not accept liability for any accidents. I fully understand the danger associated with the operation of a motorcycle. I understand that Reuthers nor their service providers or representatives can be held liable for any personal or property damage or interruptions due to acts of god. I agree to obey traffic rules and regulations of the various countries. I understand not to inflict bodily harm or damage/vandalise the environment or equipment including the motorcycle. I certify to enjoy reasonable good health and believe that I meet the physical requirements to operate a motorcycle. I am in possession of a valid motorcycle driving licence. I understand that its my responsibility to wear suitable clothing for protection from weather and injuries. For booking cancellations by the rider/renter, received by us 90 days prior pick up or earlier, a penalty of the deposit applies. For cancellations by the rider/renter less than 90 days prior pickup the following penalties apply:
89 to 60 days 20% of the total price (if total price is less EUR/USD 3000 or NZD/AUD 6000 minimum deposit)
59 to 41 days 30% of the total price (if totel price is less EUR/USD 3000 or NZD/AUD 6000 minimum deposit)
40 to 31 days 50% of the total price (if total price is less EUR/USD 3000 or NZD/AUD 6000 minimum deposit)
30 days or less 100% of the total price
